Welcome to Montiq (https://montiq.top), an automated AI video editing platform developed by Artica Labs. By accessing our web application, API, or automated editing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Ownership of Content & Video Exports
You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all raw audio, video footage, scripts, and media uploaded to Montiq. Montiq and Artica Labs claim no ownership over videos generated by you using our service. You are granted complete worldwide commercial rights to publish, monetize, and distribute your exported videos.
2. Permitted Use
You agree not to upload content that contains illegal material, non-consensual deepfakes, copyright-infringing audio without licenses, or malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our GPU rendering infrastructure.
3. Subscription Tiers & Billing
Paid subscriptions (Creator, Pro, Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Quotas are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly specified.

1. Data Storage & Video Processing
We process your uploaded media strictly to perform AI transcription, silence removal, scene breakdown, and video rendering. We do NOT use your private customer footage or cloned voice models to train public foundational AI models.
2. Data Retention
Raw uploads and intermediate rendering files are automatically purged after 30 days. Exported final videos remain available in your private dashboard for the lifetime of your account until deleted by you.
3. Security
All communication with Montiq (montiq.top, app.montiq.top, api.montiq.top) is encrypted with modern TLS/SSL. Passwords are salted and hashed with SHA-256.
Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have processed fewer than 15 minutes of video and are unsatisfied with the editing quality. To request a full refund, simply reach out to support@montiq.top with your account email.
